I wonder how much progress Devon will think they've made, once he finds out why Nate was let go? Nate's being ridiculous when he says the Newman's will always circle the wagons. He knows Victoria hates Adam, and would never side with him just because he's a Newman. 🙄Hell she doesn't even see him as family. Is there going to be a catfight?😼
I wonder if Victor's firing of Nate could have anything to do with Mamie? He did sell his stake in Chancellor Winters to Mamie and agree to keep it secret. Maybe Mamie also asked Victor to fire Nate so she can try and get him back working with Devon and Lilly.
Isabella, None, but that doesn't seem to be stopping her for pushing the idea with Devon, Lily and Nate. Who knows if she will keep working with Tucker, who may be able to get Jill out and Nate in.
Betty, I'm starting to lean towards that being true, about Victor firing Nate for Mamie. She may not have a controlling stake in the company, but maybe she's counting on her influence with Lily and Devon. To wear them down about bringing Nate into CW. I also think he really may have had good intentions with his plan for Victor. I'm not saying he wouldn't have taken advantage of the situation, along with Victoria.
I don't think Mamie had a darn thing to do with Nate getting fired. He would not have gone through with that elaborate and childish plan just to fire him. After all, what would have happened if Nate had a change of heart about his plan? He would have been stuck. The "great"lol, Victor would have just fired him without reason or explanation.
What it REALLY boils down to is this......If Neal Winters couldn't do it, NO ONE not named Newman will EVER last in the C suite of the company! It's foolish for them to even put someone else there. In fact, they should put it into the bylaws of the company.
Time will tell. The plan was another childish, and dumb sl. It may not have all been done just to get rid of Nate. It may have been just what Victor said, to find out who would betray him. Nate was going, one way or another.
I am honestly with Betty on this Mamie seemed she didn't want Nate working at Newmans. So this was a perfect time for Victor to come clean on His childish game to get rid of Nate. Next up I think Audra will be out soon as well.

Victoria couldn't seem to keep from interrupting Nate and Devon for her own selfish needs even though Nate said goodnight to her. I wonder what Sharon is going to say to Summer? Summer is no better than Kyle with her love interests.
I don't know what Victoria, Nicholas, and Adam are expecting. They should all walk away. Victoria is never going to grow a penis and therefore Victor will never let her completely be in charge. Nicholas knows what Victor is capable of and knows that he just doesn't respect him. Adam will never get what he needs from Victor. This are all people with resources, education and a resume. Why are they still hanging around? Y'all grown, go get a life! If Victor is really not losing the plot, that business with Ava was so low and that should be reason enough for Adam and Nick to cut ties.
Elena is directly or indirectly causing a lot of trouble. First she pressured Adam to make an impossible choice, then she is the one telling Sally about what Adam did as coldly as possible now she invites Summer at Chance's bedside and calls Sharon 😂😂😂, she is fairly acting on the behalf of the writers to cause more drama.
