I thought when she picked up the photo she may have been considering bugging Victor's office. Smashing the photo clearly shows where her head is at and yes, she's the crazy one.

Something tells me Victor is going to use Nick to expose Victoria, Nate and Adam. And I like that line of Sharon about Adam not caring about who he hurts because that is simply so true, too bad he is not smart enough to understand that this the exact reason why even when they love him they always try to push these feelings away Sharon did it because deep down her logic told her that Adam was troubled and he is really proving everyone's right lately, he was in such a good place after Faith's transplant.
When did "they" love him? Sharon for a short while. Victor is the only one who has love for him now. Nick liked him, for a minute, each time he saved Faith. Sharon definitely knows he's troubled. The counselor in her should be more caring. She can be honest with him, without being so harsh.
Glen Burnie, Sharon, Chelsea and now Sally all loved him and at one point they deflected these feelings because of how reckless and inconsiderate he could be and Sharon was not harsh she kept real with him because he never wants to listen and lately his character has been a pain in the neck.
