I actually can't believe the judge let Phyllis off with no time. No judge in reality would give a person 6 months community service and 1 year probation for all the crimes Phyllis committed (and yes I know the murder was self defense, but that was not the only crime) , but this is a soap not reality. I'm just glad this story line is over. On to the Adam/Tucker story line.
ppl on here stating how happy they are for Phyllis, well Im not. as Phyllis making her statement to the judge, she started to blame and make excusses. Phyllis is not guilty of murder but framing an innocent woman of it, that is what that selfish b%$#? is. Phyllis never had a change of heart she’s a lost cause her kids needs to either accept her for who she is or just cut her out of their lives she will never change
That's fine. We all don't have to agree on things, or like the same characters. Things would be pretty boring around here if we did. I feel the same as you about Victor. People call him 'the man', and he's all about family. Sure. 🙄 What a great guy. 👍🙄
Hi everyone! I would like to add a twist to the reasoning behind the judge's verdict. I believe Christine's sentencing recommendation was a factor, especially when Heather stated Phyllis and Christine have history. Christine had that sour look on her face and it was almost like a look of hate. I believe the judge saw negativity in Christine combined with the inability to be fair and more remorse in Phyllis. The judge listened intently and gave Phyllis a chance. She has lost everything. It will take a lot to redeem herself and be considered a model citizen. However, no one in Genoa City is a model citizen. Each of these characters have skeletons. Some have not been found out. It is so easy to point fingers and not look at the person in the mirror.
I'm happy for Phyllis. I'm happy for Summer too. Hoping that scream set her free from pining over Kyle boy.
ReplyDeleteSlumber on the Rollercoaster was only thing worth it in the entire episode.
DeleteGlen I am to, I am wondering how long of a sentance Christine wanted. Crhistine did not seem to thrilled.
DeleteIsabella, I'd like to know that too. Christine, ... when has she ever seemed thrilled?

DeleteBetty, you can't believe that in todays world? Criminals are given far less, in the real world, for far worse crimes.
DeleteNot from what I have seen, but ok. Maybe now the viewers can move on form this story line.
DeleteSuper boring episode
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe that Mariah has never met Lucy until just now that just seems really odd.

Well was it really Phyliss did all the crimes or did Stark put everything to motion. In my opionon it was stark putting it all to motion.
DeleteDiane is far from innocent.

ReplyDeleteThat's possible. I really would like to know how many DECADES Christine wanted her to serve. Kidding, or maybe not.
DeleteIt's Cricket so she wanted Phyllis to fry.
DeleteI think Cricket wanted Phyliss to do more time for everything she caused her from the past.. So I feel the Judge noticed that as well.
DeleteYou can be sure Christine was definitely recommending much more time than the judge gave.
ReplyDeleteThank Yu Bob 💃👀
